We are sorry, but your
order has not been processed because your credit or debit card was
declined. There are several possible reasons for this:
1. You entered some special characters on the shopping cart.
To correctly process your order, please do not enter non-English
letters in any field, do not enter special characters such as "+" in
the phone number field, and do not enter special characters such as
"." or "," in the state field.
2. You did not
enter the correct card number. The card number you entered must
be exactly identical to the number that appears on your card. Please
double check your entry and try it again.
3. You did not enter the correct expiration date for your card.
The expiration date you entered must be exactly identical to the
date that appears on your card. If your card has expired, you can no
longer use it. Please contact your bank to update your card
expiration date or to be issued a new card.
4. You did not
enter the correct
Verification Number for your card. If your card is Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover, the Verification Number is a 3-digit number
printed on the back of your card in the signature box. It is the
last three numbers to the right of your card's number. If your card
is American Express, the Verification Number is a 4-digit number on
the front of the card. It appears above the card number on either
the right or the left side of your card.
5. You did not
enter the correct billing name and address. The billing name and
address you entered must be exactly identical to the information
that appears on your card registration. If you are using another
person's credit or debit card, you must know the card owner's name
and address. If your address has changed or you have moved, you must
type in your previous address if you have not reported your new
address to your bank.
6. You do not have enough funds on the card you are using.
Please make a deposit in your bank account.
If any of the above reasons account for the decline of your order,
please correct the error and try ordering again. If the problem
persists, you can either use another credit or debit card, or order
by Western Union, PayPal, check/ money order, bank draft, or cash in
US Dollars.
